Arrival at Munich Franz-Josef-Strauss Airport:
Follow the bus symbol and take the Lufthansa bus to München. Tickets are sold in the bus (12 Euro)
Get off at the first stop (Nordfriedhof/Schwabing).
Take the subway line U6 ("U-Bahn U6") in direction Grosshadern. Get off at the next stop (Dietlindenstrasse) and walk to the campus (Biedersteiner Strasse Nr. 29, see map below).
Ticket for 4.10 Euro ("Einzelfahrkarte" on MVV vending machine)
Arrival at München Hauptbahnhof (Munich central station)
Take any S-Bahn in direction Marienplatz/Ostbahnhof. Get off at Marienplatz and change for subway line U6 ("U-Bahn U6") in direction Garching-Forschungszentrum.
Get off at the stop Dietlindenstrasse and walk to the campus (Biedersteiner Strasse Nr. 29, see map below).
